Article 111  Section 18 continued
Men and women( not lawyers) can apply to the Colleges of Justice for entrance and training as judges.
They will study points of law and guidance. They will sit a final examination, resulting in their appointment as judges. They will not become lawyers once thay have been appointed as judges.
Section 19: To organise and maintain in parliament and country a political Christian Democratic Alliance Party.
Section 20: To strengthen our national health service and allow medical treatment and drug manufacturing only within the publically owned sector.
Section 21 : To outlaw from the
C.D.A.P anyone, or organisation  who, which preaches racial hatred and religious discrimination.
Section 22: To develop trade without imposing unjust restrictions on partners in Europe, Russia, the eastern Bloc, Latin America, and non-aligned nations on the basis of product/technical exchange and cooperative ventures.
Section 23 : The land, air and waters within British territory must belong to the State, because no individual or group can claim sovereignty over said domain. The privatisation of  these natural resources is not compatible with the philosophy of  Workers' Cooperatives.

Section 24: The media ( press,
radio,television ) will be run on worker co-operative principles, and their editorial bodies will comprise of members of the electorate, and members of parliament, who will be voted on to the respective media bodies by the elecorate and duly endorsed by the government. These members of the media will hold office for the term which coincides with the life of that parliament.
Section 25 :In order to maintain the separate identity between church and State no practising religious minister
(rabbi, mullah, priest, monk, full time preacher etc)  can stand before the electorate in order to become a member of parliament.
Section 26 : In government the CDA will emphatically establish full employment for all citizens, thereby utilising the people'd creativity and at the same time terminate the need for excessive  work hour periods in a society in which salary differentials have been minimised, and in accord with the C.D.A's  constitution as
defined in Article V, section 4.
Section 27 : Every citizen must have accommodation and every family must have a house, or if they choose apartments. These dwellings must meet with the high standards ( size and number of rooms) as defined by motions and votes endorsing such criteria at the Party's Annual Conference.
