Article  111  Section 18 continued
She/He will be given open access at all hours(am/pm) to visitors, communication  with persons outside and ofcourse the appointed solicitor. An independent lawyer will in to the prosecutor's case and determine if the evidence is in order, and deems it correct to send the case to court. All trials will be in front of juries ( i.e 12 citizens selected at random from the electoral register, except in highly complicated financial cases in which the jury will be selected from accountants, who are on the electoralregister.)  Legal Aid will be provided and as previously stated no accused person can use personal money in any litigation.  A special
task force will be established, who as detectives for the defence will at the request of the accused be used for the collection of evidence and to determine the veracity of police evidence. Judges presiding over a court must direct the jury on matters appertaining to points of law. The summing up of a case must contain no indication as to the judge's personal opinion on any matter( refer to the summing up of Mr Justice Bridge at
Lancaster Crown Court, England on the  Birmingham 6 trial, which highlights such a travesty of
justice)

Whensoever a judge(s) express a personal opinion, especially in the summing up and before the jury retires to deliver a verdict, then this will give the right of appeal to the said accused if found guilty and the right for a re-trial.
Offending judges will cease to hold  all judicial offices. Citizens who are found guilty and are in a Reform Center will have the right of appeal within 6 months of their sentence. An Appeal Judge ( no related to the original trial) plus a jury of 6 persons will consider the appeal. If they find the appeal granted, then the case will go for re-trial before a new judge and jury( 12 citizens  from the electoral register), who have had no involvement with the case previously.  The re-trial must take place within one year of this appeal being granted on the grounds of a miscarriage of justice and new evidence. All complaints against the police will be submitted to an independant judge, who will use a speacial  task force called the Police Investigation Agency (P.I.A).
The PIA will consist of specially trained  men and women, who have not been in the police force, but will have been trained to have a full understanding of police procedures, and will submit detailed reports to the judge.
This report will be made available to the lawyer acting on behalf of the client accusing the police. The judge will determine  whether the accused should face a public trial.
