Section 31: Citizens become eligible

instruct at their Annual Conference.
Senior citizens will receive a pension wage linked to the nation's minimum wage plus  15%, which sum will be
taxable. This most likely will make bourgeois " charities"  obsolete.
Section 32 : The sanctity of human life, which commences when the sperm penetrates the ovum must be protected must protected through its full cycle because the CDA Party
believes in the existence of the soul, which has  life eternal. No scientist can determine when the soul comes into existence. In humility we declare that all human life is precious. When human life, especially the activity of the brain is being kept alive by
medical supports, and said person's
condition is medicaly declared to be in a state of non-remission, then with
the approval of the next of kin and 2 supporting medical practioners, the life suport mechanisms can be withdrawn.
ARTICLE 111 B
International  Objectives
To  co-operate with all organisations promoting justice and peace, which are seen to give all their citizens an equal voting franchise without racial or religious discrimination, and to foster commercial and cultural relations with such countries. In regard to those nations which are hostile to such codes of practice, then the CDA will sever all commercial links. However the CDA will nevertheless  encourage
them to obtain independence, freedom,justice and peace.

Article 111
Section 28: The selection of Reform Centre governors and chief of the military armed forces will be made by the Selection Panel, which will consist of six elected members of parliament, six judges elected by members of parliament and six members of the Probationary Service( latter eleceted from all the officers of that service).
The maximum time for holding
any of the aforementioned positions will be 10 years. Persons who retire,resign, or die will be replaced as soon as possible in order to maintain the quota on the Selection Panel.
Section 29: No person, who belongs to a secret society can hold public office.
Section 30: All elections will be financed by the government( Treasury). Potential political parties and candidates will not be financially contribute to any political campaign of themselves, nor can they receive any donations from organisations, or individuals for political campaigning. Every standing candidate will receive the exacat same amount of money for postage and publicity material and furthermore no deposit from any candidate will be necessary.
Democratic elections will not be determined by private monies in order to gain political office. The
amount necessary for elections will be decided by a vote taken in the House of Commons
(parliament).
